There is a very popular head canon out there that North gives Jack a room in the workshop to stay in. And I'm like: "Pshhh, screw that, he's not their dog! Jack is an equal to all the other Guardians whether he's new or not, so I'm going to give him a freaking palace!!!"
And so I did. And it's mighty cool too.
Although you can't see the interior in this image, and there is not much of a scale reference -save the stair cases that are visible on the left side- it is in fact 800 ft. in diameter. (That's not including the encompassing balcony.) And on the inside there are multiple stories of which each one has it's own super fun features. After all, he's the Guardian of fun.
Among many other things, the Frost manor contains a bobsled track (made safe for children, but is also super hardcore), multiple ice skating rinks, snow ball fight arenas, playgrounds, food court complete with every frozen dessert imaginable, a globe room, an observatory, many sitting rooms, hidden rooms, secret passages and pretty much everything you ever wished you had in your house when you were a child.
And on a more architectural note: the entire manor is constantly aloft in the clouds held up by the wind, and is 100% mobile. The base of it is in the shape of an eight-point stellar dendrite snowflake, and the four longest needles that are aligned perpendicular to each other function as needles on a compass; as no matter where the manor is over the earth, it always works as a compass. (It just slowly spins on its axis if ever it is directly over the top or bottom of the earth.)
And of course, it serves only one purpose other than sprinkling snow wherever it idles, and that is to give children the time of their lives. We've already seen from the film that Jack is a more hands on Guardian, playing with the kids up close. It makes sense seeing as his job calls for it far more than any of the other Guardian's do. How would he spread fun from a distance anyways?
So I had kind of a "Polar Express" sort of idea, where he would locate the kids that really needed a day off from the boring and mundane.
